Online training is free. What’s more:

• You can complete the courses at your own pace, in your own office, without the need to travel. If you log out without completing a course, you can resume where you left off when you log back in.
• Each training course is interactive. Each step includes video introductions, hands-on exercises to complete in ProVal, and a quiz to test for comprehension.
• When you’ve completed a course, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you (and your manager if you wish).

Before you get started, be sure you have:

• ProVal installed
• Headphones, speakers, or other audio playback device hooked up to your computer
